Welcome
About
Hi, I am Laurence Taylor, a qualified Psychotherapist offering therapy for individuals, couples, relationships and groups. I am dedicated to empowering people to live happier and healthier lives. I work with people from all walks of life and am committed to providing accessible, non-discriminatory therapy.
People seek counselling and therapy for many reasons, including relationship problems, life changes, mental health issues, and a desire for personal growth. I provide a welcoming, inclusive, confidential space in which to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, work through issues, and increase self-awareness.
We will work together to achieve your goals. This will involve collaboration and exploring current issues, relational patterns, and past experiences to develop new ways of relating to people that can be taken into the world.
